Dee Music Concert

Hah! Yesterday was my music studio's concert. Well, it was actually a really mini mini lil concert. hah. Nothing much. There was actually an examiner that came to our concert this year - it's pretty scary actually. So much pressure as the studio's BOSS wants us to do really REALLY well on that day. The examiner is from the Music College of London.
Anyway, I had a really great day yesterday! It was fun. I get the chance to be friend with most of the performers there. Well, um, I did play some notes wrongly during my performance. I guess not many people realised that. But, ah. Who knows! The worst part- I was standing in front, right in front of the examiner! I think he was just one metre away from me! ONE METRE! Or maybe less than that! Chill. I don't want to think about that anymore. You know how easily to play out of tune for a violin. He probably heard me playing out of tune. Sad.
I performed with three other violinist - Michael, Janice, Meng Hoi. They are all really funny. Janice, 13 and Meng Hoi, 16 always have arguments. They argue for small matters. Then, they'll refer to me and ask me who's right. Hahah. One more, Michael. Really funny. I didnt know he actually knows abit of Cantonese! He kept saying 'mou chou', 'mou gong gam do' and ' ngo seong sik hoi lam gai fan'. His accent was....well, it's just hilarious. I still remember that we also performed the previous year. There was something wrong with his strings. I'm not sure what's wrong. Then for this year, before our performance, his A string showed some sign of snapping. First, he did not want to change it. Then, I persuaded him to change it. So, he did that. Maybe he still have that trauma. He kept asking me to pluck my A string to check with his! - Like 5 minutes once! He was really nervous. Lol. During rehearsals, he will dream. I don't know what he was dreaming anyway. When it comes to our turn, he will still be standing somewhere, looking somewhere. I had to call him up. What can I say. I was like babysitting big babies. Haha.

By the way, I really enjoyed every part of the concert! I really do. I appreciate the chance given to me. I might not have the chance to perform anymore I guess...

PS : I'll be including the photos once I get them from my friends! No worries! =]
